[Sidefx-houdini-list] houdini.env vs environment variable

Mac is Unix based so, appending paths is done by using ":" colon  not
semi-colon
that's for windows, change your path to this

HOUDINI_OTLSCAN_PATH = "/Volumes/tools/houdini/hda:&"

that should work
