[Sidefx-houdini-list] Houdini Point reference frame frame

Hey Olivier.
I don't know the smart answer, but on a previous job, I used the 
attribute transfer by uv, to get a scatter to sit on a moving mesh.
This worked to get a goal to stick on a animated character.
In soft I used to use the reference frame for this kind of thing.. maybe 
it will work for you.
