[Sidefx-houdini-list] Normal Map->Disp Map?

Thanks Alvaro,

Yeah, there seem to be a few, but I was hoping for something in-Houdini. I
may attempt it myself in VEX if no-one has done it though time is limited
so I may also never around to it :)
