[Sidefx-houdini-list] Accessing bone capture attributes

There are now Capture Attribute Unpack and Capture Attribute Pack SOPs,
so that you can convert to a bunch of array attributes (point and
detail, and int, float, and string, if I recall correctly), and then use
the VEX support for array attributes to modify them, then convert back.
