[Sidefx-houdini-list] Accessing bone capture attributes

Hi all,
Does anyone know if there's a way of accessing the capture attributes 
from VEX? The indexpair array type for the boneCapture attribute doesn't 
seem to be supported by... well, anything.

What I want to do is to have some way of accessing the bone capture 
weights so I can tweak them in VEX, and then set the new values. Is that 
even possible?
