[Sidefx-houdini-list] Manipulating bclip data

I am currently working with mocap data in Houdini and have a small problem.
The bvh file has clean rotations but the mcbiovision converts the bones
positions into quaternions and gives the mocap strange default rotations.
Is there a way to read the file CHOPs channels separately and tell it to
add the difference from its rotation to a 0 degree rotation?
