[Sidefx-houdini-list] Gain Tangent/Normal in DOP POPs?

I believe the old particle collision model doesn't exists anymore when you
want your particles bounce against a collision object.
To do that you have to use an Static/RBD Object.
Than you can use Bounce for kind of normal gain and friction for sort of
tangent gain.
