Actually all UV tools can make Vertex attributes but for reasons only known
to SESI they often default to Point when Vertex UVs are the only true, good
UVs :) Just like normals should always be Vertex, IMO. Fortunately, you can
change them once and Make Permanent Defaults and Bob's Your Uncle!
