[Sidefx-houdini-list] Add Matrix MetaData via COPs

There is existing RFE  # 47106 to export camera matrix, I think it's a year
old now. You should add your votes for it.General form of injecting any
metadata into exr/pic/rat files from MantraROP would be awesome.
