[Sidefx-houdini-list] perpective from camera uv[2] to distance

I'm just guessing...

But is uv[2] equivalent to the distance to the plane the camea is on,
as opposed to the distance to the point the camera is at?

Calculating the distance to a point is pretty quick in vex.. I'd be
doing it like that.
