[Sidefx-houdini-list] singelton(?) pyqt dialogs

We are using the hrpyc to communicate asynchronously with a Qt application.
We haven't gotten the embedded PyQt stuff do anything more than core dump
Houdini's event loop and the hrpyc is nice because you can continue to work
while the other thread is building things in the scene.
