just as Andrew said, but if you dont want the other red prims which are not touching you could do:
delete SOP > By Expression > $CR > 0.9 && $CG < 0.05 && $CB < 0.05
group SOP > By Expression > $CR > 0.9 && $CG < 0.05 && $CB < 0.05 && $CLASS == 0
class is generated by the connectivity sop and gives a unique value to each connected geo starting with "0".

I may be missing some complexity, but it sounds like:
1./ group geometry SOP
2./ group by expression:
3./ $CR > 0.9 && $CG < 0.05 && $CB < 0.05
or the like...
