Digital Tutors also has a whole series on the AutoRig that seems pretty good (haven't watched all of them yet...) if you don't mind the cost.

Hey Mark,

Thanks for offering to help out with my autorig confusion-- It turns  
out that (via support) I have worked through the problem-- It's  
really my propensity to try to figure things out buy working around  
the shelf tools that got me in trouble here. Being an "old timer" I  
tend to try to work things out via sop nets instead of dragging and  
dropping tools off the shelf-- Not always the best way to work,  
especially as the power of the shelf tools has evolved!
