[Sidefx-houdini-list] advice on a "set shot" workflow inwindows!??!! (WTF)

You can alias "houdini" to launch a python wrapper that launches Houdini as
a subprocess and passes it an environment dict of your choosing. This is
better than dirtying your shell, or modifying the houdini.env file. A lot of
studios do that with various apps.
