[Sidefx-houdini-list] Vector motion blur render pass query

It's a native node in Nuke, here's a how to:
• Copy node . Copy your motion vector's rgba.red and rgba.green channels into forward.u and forward.v channels. (lay down a copy node, Motion vectors into input A, beauty into input B, then copy rgba.red to forward.u etc...).
• Make sure you edges on your motion vectors aren't pre-multiplied (use a merge->unpremult to un-multiply (mdiv) the edges). It's easier to just to turn off premultiply in your render setting's framesbuffer for that pass.
• VectorBlur node . Setuv channels = forward . Set method = forward . Set alpha = rgba.alpha .
