[Sidefx-houdini-list] chops and docs

I used Chops extensively to edit, filter, loop and generally process
Mocap data a couple of years ago.

There are some good tutorials for CHOPs from Houdini 3 or 4 around,
and Chops haven't changed that much except some UI stuff.
