[Sidefx-houdini-list] build a poly mesh from a vertex position face connection list

so i use 
virtual void GU_PrimPoly::normal  	(  	UT_Vector3Array &   	 output  	 )   	 const [virtual]
for setting vertex normals?
Sorry for more nob questions (this one is unrealated to the other stuff): 
does houdini have a way to draw opengl stuff?
