[Sidefx-houdini-list] creating a matrix from 3 axis and an origin

normalize the three axis vectors, vector->float, float->3X3matrix,  
3X3->4X4, translate 4X4 with the origin.

should I put it together and send a .cmd file? (god, I hate VOPs...  
VEX code is sooo much better...)
