[Sidefx-houdini-list] creating a matrix from 3 axis and an origin

I was wondering if it was possible in a VOPSOP to take 3 axis and an origin and convert it into a 4x4 matrix?

Maybe I'm blind but I can't see a suitable node. Any hints would be great!
