[Sidefx-houdini-list] plugins in HSITE path are not loaded

Run these:
If this is set, Houdini should look in the /dso dir under here by default:
echo $HSITE
If that's not set, is your plugin in any these directories?
echo $HOUDINI_DSO_PATH
