You can play around with the noise in the Noise COP in conjunction with 
some other COPs to produce some of these noise variants. Fractal 
iterations generally refers to Houdini's Turbulence parameter, I think, 
and the Exponent will change the falloff in interesting ways (for 
example, a low exponent will make the noise look more "toony" while 
higher values produce smaller 'dots'). A noise COP driving a Deform COP 
can also produce some interesting effects.
