[Sidefx-houdini-list] where are the default shadow shaders?

Should be relatviely simple to build by combining code from each
technique... since the shadow is simply accumulative.

The lighter will need to ensure that semi transparant objects appear only in
the scope of one of the shadow techniques.. but they've got to be given
*something* to do ;)
