[Sidefx-houdini-list] Scoping Channels & Floating Channel Editors

Hi Phil..

I know that if you have your Channel Editor pane selected and viewable
the channel will be scoped into this..

if it is not visable they will be appended to a channel editor in a
floating window.. or as to setting it to a default behaviour I'm not
sure.. would be useful..
