[Sidefx-houdini-list] Deep Shadow quality settings not being used in Volume renders..

Yes, the Quality and Softness require derivatives, which Volumes do not 
provide.  Look into the "pixelblur" variadic args on the shadowmap() 
call.  (Warning: not fast!)

The Pixel Samples are only valid for the Shadowmap _generation_ phase, 
and have not effect on pre-generated shadowmaps.
