[Sidefx-houdini-list] long-shot script request: increment frame based on sub-samples

All you need to do is to go to the Global Animation Options dialog (in
the bottom right corner beside the Speaker icon), turn off Integer Frame
Values and set the Multiplier to match the sub steps.
