You can't. It's hard-wired to use uv.
Just make sure that the unwrap uv's are the first ones to be assigned to the 
geometry, then follow with the typical layer+uv set for all the other 
mappings. Finally, set your shaders to use uv2, uv3, etc. At least that's 
what we do here. This assumes that all your shaders can choose among several 
uv layers.
Alternatively, if you don't want to alter your current shader setup, then 
rename the attributes as per Ivan's suggestion.
