[Sidefx-houdini-list] H8.2: Renderman .slo output path using RSL vopnet

I think in 8.2 you have to set the env var HOUDINI_TEMP_DIR and Houdini 
will compile its VEX there.  H 9 has a new var HOUDINI_RIBSHADER_DIR, 
(and thanks to Peter B for pointing that out), so you can set these 
separately.
