	You can, but you shouldn't.  It's a process that's supposed to be part of the 
init.d startup scripts, and that's strictly root territory, baby!

	The install process works fine, do your install as root, always.  Do all 
licensing issues running hkey as root.  If for some reason you need to 
manually start sesinetd, do it as root(but you shouldn't need to start it 
manually!).  Always, always run the application as the end user, along with 
hserver if for any reason you need to manually restart it.
