[Sidefx-houdini-list] Metaballs question

It seems that indeed it increases the level of detail when flattening
metaballs, which slows down stuff.
Try either lowering the viewport level of detail (display
options->Viewport tab) or append a Convert Meta SOP to the metaballs and
tweak it to your liking (for visualisation purposes).
