[Sidefx-houdini-list] Paint Handle to HDA

What I've done in the past for this sort of thing is have a "hook" in
the HDA, essentially a Null SOP, Switch SOP and Object Merge SOP, and
then a button that creates an "external" Paint SOP, and configures the
Switch and Object Merge's appropriately.

It works fine, and with a button it's easy for the artists to set up,
but it seems ... ugly somehow :)
