[Sidefx-houdini-list] Mantra ROP Preset

- Galleries have a lot more meta-data.
- They have a python api.
- They can be looked up with a path, so that you only see settings
associated with your task/shot/sequence/show.
- They have that pretty picture in the gallery editor
- The gallery browser has filters for searching, drag and drop etc.
- But wait - there's more!!
