Oh yes I've seen that too when they brought it to London, its so cool. My niece could have watched it all day couldn't tear her away. Such a simple idea but it really shows the magic of the moving image.

Hola~

If you are at Disneyland (err, California Adventure), there is a large scale
zoetrope in the animation building. They start it spinning with the lights
on, start the strobbing at the wrong speed, catch up to the correct speed,
and then slow it down again. It's cool to see.
