[Sidefx-houdini-list] offsetting $F.bgeo

you need to put the expression in ` tilda's (i think it's called that - 
top left of keyboard)
eg. /path_on_disk/fileName.`$F-123`.bgeo
also hand is the padzero function should you come across them padded frames
`padzero(4,$F-123)`
