[Sidefx-houdini-list] volume primitive attributes [H9]

Is it possible to create/edit attributes like Cd via Sop's of a Volume 
Primitive at "voxel" level , without having to work with i3d on disk ?
(I noticed that rendering an i3d file with a Cd channel via the "Image3D 
Volume Procedural" with the "Vex Volume Cloud" Shader works as expected.)
