Just as there is a shortage of houdini artists there is also a shortage 
of houdini teachers.
I'm glad you are taking on the challenge Francois. Not many production 
companies can afford to
support a full time trainer inhouse. Most rely on volunteers from senior 
staff and usually organized based on specific
production needs.
Aliza Sorotzkin is the head of our education department and I am 
Sidefx's specialist for training.
