[Sidefx-houdini-list] Sub frame evaluation of POPs

You can use a Geometry ROP to output subframe data. Use $N instead of
$F for the frame number, and set the step to .1 or whatever is
appropriate. $N will be replaced by an integer that increments for
each step.
