[Sidefx-houdini-list] bypass flag in HDAs?

Switch is the officially recommended way and other than the
visual clutter (which you can partially avoid with clever use of
hiding nodes or subnets) there's no reason not to use it. I'm
surprised that the opset -b works, that might be a bug since a locked
HDA shouldn't allow that!
