[Sidefx-houdini-list] Using Function Keys with Houdini

Want to save some time while working?

Here is a way to set Function keys to use with Houdini. You can put
this in a file in your home director then source it into a hip file
as you need it.

Save the file in your home directory as: functionkeys.txt

Then, from the Houdini text port:
    source $HOME/functionkeys.txt

alias F3 play alias F4 echo Pigs are free

# Real time ON/OFF alias F5 fplayback -r on alias F6 fplayback -r off

# Viewport Linking (use the Shift with Function) alias SF4 'pane -l 0
pane1' alias SF1 'pane -l 1 pane1' alias SF2 'pane -l 2 pane1' alias
SF3 'pane -l 3 pane1'

# Viewport Updating (use the Shift with Function) alias SF5
'viewupdate -u never' alias SF6 'viewupdate -u changes' alias SF7
'viewupdate -u always' alias SF8 'viewupdate -u now'

You could also put this in your 123.cmd or 456.cmd file.
