[Sidefx-houdini-list] Cameras for small rooms

I'm facing that same problem, I have each of the walls in my room have
a "remove" toggle on their top-level OTL controls.

This is exactly what a "real" film set would do. A wide-angle lens can
have "meaning" in filmic terms, or just look "wrong" so a flying wall
is the way to go.
