[Sidefx-houdini-list] Make Copied Object same size as quads via CopySOP

Use a measure sop to get the perimeter for each primitive.
Calculate the faceted/unique normals and use a point sop to multiply 
them with $PERIMETER/4
Then use a extrude sop.. it will use the normals to extrude along.
